L'Enoteca dei Ferrari takes care to ensure that the product arrives at its destination in perfect condition: shipments are sent by courier (DHL) and our packaging consists of a double cardboard box developed to protect products from physical impact and temperature changes. The transit times of the goods are reduced to a minimum. All products, for which we guarantee originality, come directly from the producers and are stored in our warehouses.

Generally, shipping costs for all of Italy are fixed and amount to € 8.50 and are free for orders of €90 or more. For delivery abroad, shipping costs are variable, calculated according to weight and price, number of selected items and / or destination address. Subsequently, it will be necessary to send the bottles considered unsatisfactory by return procedure to the premises of LA CANTINETTA; the product or products must be returned with at least 2/3 of the contents and with the original cork; the bottle or bottles must be sent in the packaging of LA CANTINETTA ® to preserve integrity. Upon receipt of the bottles, the sommelier of LA CANTINETTA ® will proceed to check the reported defect and, if it is confirmed, LA CANTINETTA ® will refund the cost of the bottles.
Yes, at the time of purchase you can select whether to receive a receipt or invoice. In any case you will receive the document chosen by email after payment together with the order confirmation. In case of non-receipt you can request it by contacting Customer Service. For orders with a total amount exceeding € 3,599.99 the issuing of an invoice is obligatory.
