Description:

The Gravner Farm, located in Oslavia, Gorizia, Italy, is renowned for the production of amphora wines. Founded by Joško Gravner, it mainly cultivates the Ribolla and Pignolo varieties on 15 hectares of vineyards. Their wines mature for a year in amphora and then age for at least 6 years in large oak barrels.Gravner takes a serene and respectful approach to nature, waiting for the right moment for each stage, from harvest to fermentation. His philosophy is to guide and care for nature, rather than modify and build it, to obtain authentic and high-quality wines.
